Look on the end of the tank there will be a short piece of hose with a plug in the end of the hose.
So if you go to the fill spout hose it goes straight down to the tank neck the drain plug is directly below that so if you find a cover undernieth the machine in this location remove that cover to access the plug in the tank.
Then you can drain the tank by opening the fitting or by replacing the plug in the bulkhead fitting with a petc o c k.
It is on the end of the tank at the bottom.
