Bmw E46 Cooling Fan Not Working

Just replaced the fan the fan still wont engage.

Replaced the radiator along with the whole cooling system and its still getting hot as the fan wasn t turning on. Disconnected the sensor from the lower radiator hose to engage the fan but the fan still would not engage.
